We are delighted that both of our colleagues from Felix a spol. who stood for elections were successful. JUDr. Tomáš Homola defended his position in the Disciplinary Board for the fourth time, and JUDr. Adam Felix, LL.M., Ph.D., was re-elected to the Supervisory Board, where he was subsequently appointed its Vice-Chairman.
The Czech Bar Association is a self-governing body that ensures the independence, professionalism, and ethical standards of the legal profession in the Czech Republic. The Supervisory Board oversees the management and activities of the Bar, while the Disciplinary Board deals with disciplinary offences committed by attorneys and ensures compliance with professional ethics.
We are proud that our colleagues will continue to contribute to the responsible and transparent functioning of the Czech legal profession.
