Panagiota Salla-Iliopoulou

Panagiota has a wide range of advisory experience in civil law with a particular focus on real estate law. Her practice includes carrying out real estate transactions as well as advising domestic and international clients on a wide range of real estate law issues such as commercial and residential lease agreements.

She also focuses on domestic civil dispute resolution, representing clients before civil courts. Her main involvement includes the interpretation, drafting and negotiation of contracts, as well as advising multinational corporates on matters related to civil procedure law.

She has recently been involved in cases of energy law and regulation, environmental law, carbon emission issues, natural gas and electricity pricing disputes and energy competition cases. Her practice includes advising on regulatory licensing procedures and on project financing with focus on energy projects. She is also involved in renewable energy projects dealing with licensing and development requirements, regulatory issues, legal due diligence, negotiation and drafting of relevant agreements.
