The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) has announced a public consultation process in preparation for the upcoming joint review (Joint Review) of the agreement between the United States of America, the United Mexican States, and Canada (USMCA), scheduled for July 1, 2026.
The USTR is accepting both public comments and requests to appear at the public hearing until November 3, 2025.
