Sports contracts in Serbia regulate legal relationships between athletes, sports organisations, sports professionals, intermediaries and other participants in sport. Depending on the type of engagement, they cover employment and amateur participation, scholarships for minors, transfers and loans, intermediary services, insurance, sponsorship and other commercial arrangements, subject to Serbian law and the rules of relevant sports federations.
