Sour grapes: when imported wine labels cross more than just borders

The Intellectual Property Enterprise Court has partially upheld a claim for copyright infringement and passing off brought by an artist against an importer of wine relating to labels on wine bottles. Whilst one label clearly infringed copyright and was passing off, subsequent redesigns successfully avoided infringement.
