Chambers Latin America has released its 2026 edition with notable developments in the Chile chapter. Prieto Abogados delivered a strong performance that reflects sustained client trust and the steady growth of our specialized teams.
Our Litigation & Arbitration practice advanced to Band 4, a step forward that underscores the group’s track record in complex disputes and arbitrations across regulated industries. Two partners rose to the top tier: Benjamín Grebe (Bankruptcy) and Cristóbal Raby (Labour) are now ranked in Band 1, highlighting the Firm’s depth in contentious insolvency and high-stakes employment matters. In Litigation, Partner Alberto González V. enters at Band 6, while Director Romina Tobar is recognized as Associate to Watch (Environment), reflecting the team’s increasing role in environmental enforcement, compliance, and permitting disputes.
The guide also captures upward momentum across several practices: in Tax, Mario Gorziglia advanced to Band 2, while Luz María Calvo is listed as Star Associate; in Projects, Nicolás Yuraszeck advanced to Band 3, evidencing our continued role in large-scale project development; and in Antitrust, Andrea von Chrismar advanced to Band 5.
In aggregate, 17 Prieto lawyers are ranked, including 13 partners, three directors, and one senior associate. Firm-wide, Prieto is recognized in 13 of the 23 practice areas and 3 subsections covered for Chile, maintaining our positions across most areas while improving in Litigation & Arbitration.
