Florida’s new CHOICE Act dramatically expands the enforceability of noncompete and garden leave agreements. Effective July 1, 2025, it allows restrictions of up to four years and imposes strict requirements on salary thresholds, notice, and disclosure, reshaping post-employment contract law in the state.
