Employees challenging unlawful dismissal in Serbia may seek temporary reinstatement before the final resolution of court proceedings. This article outlines the available legal mechanisms, including interim court measures and the labor inspector’s authority to postpone enforcement of termination decisions, as well as the practical conditions and limitations for their application.
