The Spanish National High Court annulled a €2 million fine imposed on Amazon Road Transport Spain S.L. for processing criminal record certificates. The Court held that a certificate confirming the absence of criminal convictions does not constitute data relating to criminal convictions and offences under Article 10 GDPR, while stressing that general GDPR requirements still apply.
