Bell Nunnally has added Nnamdi R. Ezenwa as an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities and Mergers and Acquisitions practices.
Ezenwa advises private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and public and private clients on complex corporate transactions and strategic matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, venture capital financings, joint ventures, corporate formations and special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) related matters. He represents clients across industries such as energy, aviation, technology and biopharma, and he has worked on transactions valued at nearly $5 billion.
Prior to joining the firm, Ezenwa earned his J.D. as valedictorian from Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law and his B.A. from Idaho State University. Notably, he was named to The Best Lawyers in America®: Ones to Watch list for 2025–2026.
