Legalink is honoured to announce that Dan Hunt, President of FC Dallas and Co-Chairman of FIFA World Cup 26™ Dallas, will be a featured speaker at the upcoming Legalink Sports Law Seminar, “Scoring Goals, Managing Risk: Legal, Business, & Media Challenges in the Modern Sports Arena.” The event will take place on October 30 in Dallas, hosted by Bell Nunnally & Martin LLP.
Dan Hunt has served as President of FC Dallas since 2014, leading one of Major League Soccer’s original clubs with a reputation for vision and innovation. He also chaired Dallas’ successful FIFA World Cup 2026™ bid, securing nine matches for the city—the most of any host city across North America.
In addition to his leadership at FC Dallas, Hunt is a prominent figure in U.S. soccer governance. He serves on Major League Soccer’s Board of Governors and is Chairman of the Board of MLS Next Pro, a league dedicated to player development and the future of professional soccer.
