Witold Sławiński is a Partner at RKKW and Head of the Infrastructure, Construction and Procurement Practice. He is a recognised expert in construction contracts, public procurement law and construction disputes, with a strong focus on complex investment processes in the infrastructure, construction and industrial sectors. His practice covers contract law, FIDIC-based construction contracts, strategic energy infrastructure, and advisory services for large-scale industrial and automation projects.
He provides comprehensive legal support for major construction and industrial investments, working with leading companies in building automation, global manufacturers of cooling and heating systems, early ice detection systems for transport infrastructure, and suppliers of specialised industrial and energy equipment. He has extensive experience advising on road, energy and stadium construction projects conducted under public procurement and concession models, and represents clients before the National Board of Appeals as well as in court and arbitration proceedings.
Highly regarded in his field, he has been named a “Lawyer Leader” in Public Procurement Law by Rzeczpospolita (2023) and is recommended by Legal500 EMEA for Public Procurement. He is the author of publications on construction law, civil law, PPP and public procurement, and frequently conducts seminars, workshops, and lectures on these topics.
He is a co-founder of ASEMEA, promoting European cooperation with Asia, the Middle East and Africa, and an active member of the Public Procurement Law Association. A member of the Warsaw Bar Association since 2010, he previously worked with leading law firms and headed the construction, industrial engineering and procurement practice at a renowned international firm.
