Merilampi specializes in dispute resolution and transactions. In addition, our services cover a wide range of other areas within business law. We have successfully handled mandates for significant domestic and international corporations, financial institutions, investors and public entities for more than 30 years. Our work is grounded in strong legal expertise, a solution-oriented approach and in-depth knowledge of the business needs of our clients.

Our firm was established in 1992 under the name Merilampi, Marttila & Laitasalo. In 2010, a merger with Palotie & Co took place, and operations continued under the name Merilampi Attorneys Ltd. Another significant step came in 2025, when the firm merged with I&O Partners, a Helsinki-based boutique. 

Merilampi has chosen to focus on long-term client relationships as well as long-term careers for its lawyers, instead of seeking growth in size. We believe that the chosen strategy provides best advice and services for our clients.
