Julia is a transactional lawyer and practices in the areas of corporate & commercial law, franchise law, intellectual property law and mergers and acquisitions across a wide variety of sectors including retail, restaurant chains, cannabis and personal care services.
Julia joined the firm as a summer student in 2020 and returned as an articling student in 2021. She was subsequently admitted to the Ontario Bar (Law Society of Ontario) in 2022.
